GE IS200BPVCG1BR1

Product Name

GE IS200BPVCG1BR1 Backplane ASM Interface Board2.

Product Description

The IS200BPVCG1BR1 is a printed circuit board (PCB) component designed for GE’s Mark VI Speedtronic series2. It serves as a backplane board, which is used to connect and interface with other boards in a rack – mounted system2.
This board is equipped with various connectors. The rear half has twenty – one female backplane connectors, which are used to connect other boards in the system2. When installed in the rack system, this part of the board is surrounded by tall walls that help support and lock the connecting boards in place2. The other part of the board holds input/output connectors, with a total of thirty – nine I/O connectors, facilitating data transfer to and from the boards attached to the backplanes2. Additionally, it includes fourteen stab – on connectors and six resistor network arrays2. There are also thirty components labeled L1 through L30 on the bottom side of the board2. The board is marked with the manufacturer’s logo and the board number2.

Product Parameters5

  • Rated Voltage: Output voltage range is 12 – 24 Vdc, positive logic, with an output range of 10.2 – 28.8 Vdc.
  • Isolation: Field – to – backplane (optical) and to – frame ground is 250 Vac continuous, 1500 Vac for 1 minute. Group – to – group isolation is 50 Vac continuous, 500 Vac for 1 minute.
  • Output Current: 0.5 Amps per point, with a maximum of 4 Amps per group and 3 Amps maximum per group common pin.
  • Power Consumption: 260 mA (maximum) from the 5Vdc bus on the backplane. From the user – supplied 24Vdc, it is 16.5mA (maximum) per group with all eight outputs in the group on. From the user – supplied 12Vdc, it is 9.6mA (maximum) per group with all eight outputs in the group on.
