The ABB PPD113 – B03 – 10 – 150000 is an I/O terminal block module, playing a significant role in industrial control systems, especially within ABB’s distributed control setups. Each terminal on the I/O terminal block with box terminals typically can hold only one wire. However, there are five additional tie point terminals for each I/O module position. These tie – point terminals are internally connected to each other and isolated from power and signal – carrying point terminals. They prove useful in applications such as grouping isolated discrete points or in certain analog applications where extra connections to a power supply or common are necessary.
