Bently 3500/50 133442-01
The Bently Nevada 3500/50 Tachometer Module is a 2-channel module designed to accept input from proximity probes or magnetic pickups. It determines shaft rotative speed, rotor acceleration, and rotor direction. The module compares these measurements against user-programmable alarm setpoints and generates alarms when the setpoints are violated. The 3500/50 module can also provide conditioned Keyphasor signals to the 3500 rack backplane for use by other monitors, potentially eliminating the need for a separate Keyphasor module. It also features a peak hold function to store the highest speed, highest reverse speed, or number of reverse rotations reached by the machine, which can be reset by the user.
Key Characteristics:
- Two Channels: Accepts input from two transducers.
- Input Compatibility: Compatible with proximity probes or magnetic
- pickups.
- Speed Measurement: Determines shaft rotative speed.
- Rotor Acceleration Monitoring: Evaluates rotor acceleration.
- Rotor Direction Determination: Identifies the direction of rotation.
- Alarming: Generates alarms based on user-defined setpoints.
- Keyphasor Signal Conditioning: Can supply conditioned Keyphasor signals.
- Peak Hold: Stores maximum speed, reverse speed, or reverse rotations.
