Product Description
The MOXA MPC – 2247Z is a high – performance industrial panel computer designed to meet the demands of various industrial applications. It features a 24 – inch widescreen display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a full – HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, providing clear and detailed visuals for operators. The display is based on MVA (Multi – domain Vertical Alignment) technology, offering a high contrast ratio of 5000:1, a light intensity of 300 cd/m², and wide viewing angles of 178°/178°, ensuring excellent visibility from different perspectives.
This panel computer is powered by an Intel Core i7 – 3517UE processor running at 1.50 GHz (other processor options like Intel Celeron 1047UE are also available in related product series). The fanless design, optimized using Flotherm®, not only reduces the risk of dust ingress and mechanical failures but also makes it suitable for operation in environments with limited airflow. It comes with 4 GB of system memory (expandable to 16 GB), allowing for smooth multitasking and efficient handling of industrial software applications.
The MPC – 2247Z is equipped with multiple interfaces for seamless connectivity. It has 2 auto – sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports (RJ45) with 1.5 kV magnetic isolation protection, facilitating high – speed data transfer in industrial networks. Additionally, it offers 2 software – selectable RS – 232/422/485 serial ports (DB9 male), which can be configured to communicate with a wide range of serial – based devices. The baud rate can be set from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps, and it supports various data bits, stop bits, parity options, and flow control methods. There are also 8 NMEA 0183 ports with optical isolation protection (±6 kV contact discharge, ±8 kV air discharge), specifically designed for marine navigation applications. The voltage differential for these ports ranges from – 15 V to + 15 V, and the baud rate is set at 4800 bps.
