The ABB PFXA 401F is a new – type miniature intelligent DC servo driver. It features a plug – in design and integrates the functions of a motion controller, driver, and PLC. With a power of up to 84W, its flexibility and low cost through parameter setting and programming software enable it to adapt to multi – axis distributed or coordinated motion control systems. It can drive DC brushed, DC brushless, permanent – magnet synchronous (vector – controlled), and 2/3 – phase open – loop or closed – loop stepper servo motors5.
