The ABB AO2000 LS25 is a crucial component within the Advance Optima integrated analyzer system, designed specifically for continuous process gas analysis. This module plays a significant role in accurately measuring the concentration of individual components in a gas mixture.
As part
of he modular Advance Optima series, it offers remarkable flexibility. It can be combined with other analyzer modules, such as photometers, in – situ laser analyzers, oxygen analyzers (including trace oxygen analyzers), thermal conductivity analyzers, and FID analyzers. This allows for the creation of customized multi – analyzer systems, with the potential to have up to four analyzer modules within a single system, capable of measuring up to six sample components.
The AO2000 LS25 is based on advanced laser technology, specifically the Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) principle. At room temperature, a single – mode diode laser scans the corresponding absorption lines. By using a relative receiver, it measures the absorption caused by the sample gas, from which the concentration of specific components in the gas mixture is calculated. Additionally, it has the ability to automatically correct for pressure and temperature changes, ensuring highly accurate and stable measurement results.
