It takes charge of scheduling all core tasks such as control logic operation, on-site data collection, and network communication coordination.
    Equipped with a high-performance multi-core industrial-grade processor, this module boasts powerful computing capabilities to smoothly handle complex control algorithms like model predictive control (MPC) and efficiently manage hundreds of control loops and massive device status signals. Its outstanding dual – module hot – standby redundancy function enables millisecond – level data synchronization between the main and standby units. When the main processor malfunctions, the standby processor can automatically take over control tasks within 8ms, completely avoiding production line shutdowns caused by equipment failures.
    With dual Gigabit Ethernet interfaces supporting PRP/HSR protocols, the module ensures stable data transmission even if a network cable is disconnected. It is highly compatible and can directly replace older models such as PM864 and PM865 without changing the hardware installation dimensions, requiring only simple software engineering upgrades.
