Product DescriptionThe TRICONEX 3009X is a core component of the TRICONEX Tricon CX Series Safety Instrumented System (SIS) under Schneider Electric. It adopts a triple – modular redundant (TMR) architecture and is equipped with a dual – core high – performance processor, which takes on the important tasks of real – time data processing and safety logic execution in critical industrial scenarios.It can provide powerful processing capacity for Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Burner Management Systems (BMS), and Fire & Gas Systems (F&G). Even if one or two processors break down, the system can still operate smoothly through a 2 – out – of – 3 voting mechanism. With enhanced communication interfaces and network security features, it can seamlessly exchange data with DCS, SCADA systems and cloud platforms. It supports hot – swapping, allowing on – line replacement without interrupting production. It is widely used in high – risk industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering and nuclear power, and complies with IEC 61508 SIL3 safety standards.
